Kiss Acrylic Nude French Nails Review

Happy Wednesday, everyone!  I hope you all had a Happy 4th of July with family and friends 🙂 Today, I’m back with a quick review of the Kiss Acrylic Nude French Press On Nails.  I love the look and durability of acrylic nails from the salon, but my already-thin nails are absolutely destroyed afterwards ? I love press-on nails as a quick alternative that provides similar results, with far less damage to the natural nail.  I picked these Nude French ones from Target to try out for my brother’s wedding.

What it is: Acrylic-infused with reverse Dual-Injection technology delivers durable strength with a natural look. The easy-to-apply nails go on with a seamless cuticle line so they truly look natural, plus the subtle smile line translates to a perfect nude manicure for a modern take on the French (Buy here).Kiss Acrylic Nude French NailsI picked up Medium to add some extra length to my nails for the special occasion, but I also saw Short and Real Short options if that is your desired look.Kiss Acrylic Nude French NailsThis kit includes 28 medium length nails, 1 nail filer, 1 cuticle pusher, and 1 nail glue.  This is super convenient as you have everything you need to complete your manicure.  I found it was easy to measure out the right size for each nail as there are little numbers on the back of each one.

Kiss Acrylic Nude French NailsI love the more natural look of the Nude French mani, but the sheer color showed a lot of bubbles under the nails :(  However, this could be due to user error and application.  If I don’t add enough glue, it causes gaps and bubbles that are visible under the nude nails.  If I add too much glue, the bubbles issue is eliminated but there is glue overflowing my cuticle, causing a big sticky mess.  Neither scenario appeals to me. Have you tried these Kiss Press-On Nails?  What are your thoughts on them?

I love these nails! Here are some tips: Use brush on nail glue to get even coverage on both the back of the nail and your natural nail. Easy to control the glue so no overrun and no bubbles. To remove, rub olive oil on cuticles, then soak hands for about 15-20 minutes in very warm water mixed with a little dawn dish soap and olive oil. Nails will easily lift off. If they need a little coaxing just lift from side to side to get them to release. (Avoid pulling from cuticle to nail tip as this is more stressful for your natural nail.) This is far less harsh than soaking in acetone, no damage to natural nail and the Kiss nails are reusable. Keep track of which nails were on what fingers as they tend to keep the shape of the finger they were on. I have very small nail beds, RS – Real Short length fits like medium length for me. Hope this is helpful.

What are your thoughts? I would love to hear from you :)
