Lancome Hydra Zen VoxBox Review
Hiii, dolls! Today, I will be reviewing the goodies that I received in my Lancome VoxBox from Influenster! This VoxBox’s theme is Hydra Zen and includes a toner, moisturizer, and lipgloss. I’ve had about a month to put these products to the test and formulate my own opinions. Please read on to see my rating of each product based on my personal experience :)
- Lancôme Tonique Confort Re-Hydrating Comforting Toner – Retail Price $26 – Buy Here
This silky-soft moisturizing toner immediately rehydrates and gently purifies skin. The instantly soothing formula made with Honey and Sweet Almond Extract gives skin a soft, fresh, clean and incredibly comfortable feeling (lancome.com). This is easily the most moisturizing facial toner I’ve ever tried. I apply a generous amount on a cotton pad all over my face after cleansing and it removes any leftover impurities, without drying out my skin. It leaves it feeling moisturized, without a tacky residue. My skin just feels clean and baby soft. If you have extra dry skin like myself, you NEED this in your life. Overall Rating: 10/10 Stars.
- Lancôme Hydra Zen Anti-stress Moisturising Cream Gel – Retail Price $48 – Buy Here
Lancôme creates Hydra Zen: 24-hour hydration to help protect the skin from signs of stress. Hydration is one of the first steps in any beauty routine to preserve skin’s appearance. Designed to help fight the visible signs of stress, Hydra Zen provides intense hydration for skin to feel soothed/smooth and comfortable (lancome.com). Full disclosure, this cream has a very strong, mature floral scent, which may be offputting for some peeps. I personally don’t mind as it actually reminds me of my mom, in a good way, who uses mostly Lancome skincare. This moisturizer has a gel-like consistency, which is very lightweight and absorbs quickly. My skin feels thoroughly hydrated, but never greasy, making it perfect for both dry and combination/oily skintypes. Overall Rating: 10/10 Stars.
- Lancôme L’Absolu Lacquer Gloss in Be Brilliant – Retail Price $26 – Buy Here
This innovative lip lacquer combines the comfort and shine of a gloss, the pigment of a lipstick and the lasting power of a stain. Our innovative oil in water emulsion is lightweight and non-sticky, providing up to 6H of wear. Enriched with glycerin, lips feel hydrated throughout the day. The high shine finish and vivid color payoff are buildable from sheer to full coverage in 1-2-3 coats (lancome.com). To be fair, I personally don’t gravitate towards bright lipglosses, as I find they move around too much throughout the day. I prefer a matte formula for a sharp, defined lip. For that reason, this bright pink shade is not my favorite, particularly in this lacquer formula. The packaging is absolutely gorgeous, and the formula is thick, pigmented, moisturizing, and gives lips the most delicious high shine. I just know I would have enjoyed this much more in a nude shade. Overall Rating: 7/10 Stars.Final Thoughts: I’m very critical of Lancome products, as they’re an established high-end brand with a matching high price point. I am pleasantly impressed with the beautiful packaging and performance of the skincare, which works amazingly well with my dry skin type. For that reason, I do think the higher price point is justified for these products and I’m thankful for the opportunity partake in this campaign.
Have you tried any of these Lancome products? How did they work for you?

Mary Dee
