Ofra Highlighters Review and Swatches

Happy Saturday, dolls! Continuing on with the Ulta 21 Days of Beauty series, I’m sharing with you my quick review of today’s Beauty Steal, just in case you were interested in shopping for some new makeup. You can find Ulta’s entire sales event calendar here.

What it is: As if this highlighter couldn’t get any more beautiful, the impressive design mimics beaming sun rays and reveals a light golden hue. The highlighter’s extraordinary luminosity is the result of Ofra Cosmetics’ liquid to baked technology, using the highest grade pearls that provide an unparalleled pigment payoff and rich sheen (ulta.com).I have this highlighter in the older packaging, but Ofra has since upgraded their entire line to a sleek white packaging, which also includes a mirror. The new white case along with chic imprint inside look very aesthetically pleasing. There are 5 shades available on the Ulta website, but I feel Rodeo Drive is the most wearable and universally flattering shade. Rodeo Drive is a beautiful golden champagne that looks particularly amazing with a tan. If you prefer a natural, dewy look… this highlighter is not for you. This highlighter wants to stand out! The formula is very creamy, but intensely pigmented so I recommend using a light hand, unless you want to look like C-3PO.
