Sage has a very earthy floral aroma that is reminiscent of Eucalyptus, one of my favorite scents ever. This is my personal favorite of the bunch, followed closely behind by Lavender. Peppermint smells exactly like it sounds: minty, leafy, and slightly sweet, like the classic candy canes. This reminds me of Christmas so I will be saving this for the cold, winter months. Lastly, we have Peace & Quiet, a blend of Sweet Orange, Frankincense, Cedarwood, and Lime Essential Oils. This is the most unique scent of the four, giving me a sense of calm and relaxation.

Every box includes 6 recipe cards, that also change every month!

The two recipes that stood out to me the most was the Self Care Diffuser Blend and Lava Rock Shower Diffuser, which I’m sharing here.

I find Lavender Oil incredibly relaxing and therapeutic to wind down with at the end of a long day. Is it any surprise that both recipes consist of lavender? 😉 The Lava Rock Bead is such a unique concept to me and what I’m most excited to try out!
