Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint Review and Swatches
In case you didn’t catch my first post in this series (blogpost here), I’m participating in Ulta’s 21 Days of Beauty by bringing you quick reviews of the Beauty Steals I would personally recommend, on the day it goes on sale. I hope these posts will help you decide which products you might want to snag, at the 50% discount 😉 You can find Ulta’s entire event calendar here.
September 6 – Today’s Beauty Steal is the Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint, regularly $20, which has been marked down to $10 (Buy here).
What it is: Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint is a quick dry, full coverage, transfer-proof liquid lipstick with a comfortflex formula that moves with your lips without drying out, cracking or feathering (ulta.com).These Lip Paints have an airy, mousse-like formula that is very lightweight, pigmented, and opaque. It doesn’t mess around when it claims to be “quick-dry”. The tapered doe-foot applicator makes it easy to define the lips, but you have to work fast as it dries down to a matte finish almost instantly. Once the lipstick sets, it doesn’t budge or transfer, while remaining comfortable throughout the day. Birthday Suit is a pale pinky nude, Homeslice is a coral peach, while Vibin is a warm brick red shade that will flatter a range of skintones. If I could recommend only one color, it would be Vibin, as it would look gorgeous in the Fall and Winter months ahead.
Have you tried the Tarte Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paints? Which shade is calling your name?

Mary Dee
