Wet n Wild MegaLast Liquid Catsuit High Shine Lipstick Review and Swatches

Howdy, y’all! Today, I’m bringing you a quick product review on the Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Catsuit High Shine Lipsticks! I adore the Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipsticks (review here) so I was excited to give these new glosses a try.What it is: Inspired by our best-selling MegaLast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipstick, this MegaLast Catsuit High-Shine Lipstick combines all the comfort and shine of a gloss with the high-pigment of a lipstick. It provides brilliant, high-shine and ultra-pigmented lip lacquer to deliver a mirror-like gloss finish (wetnwildbeauty.com).Price: $4.99 (Buy here)Color: I picked up two shades to test out the formula, Caught You Bare-Naked and Send Nudes. One is a nude shade and the other is a…nuder nude shade 🙈 Can you tell I have a type?! 😉 Wet n Wild currently offered 13 shades on their website, ranging from pinky mauves to dark plums. I generally avoid bright colored glosses as they tend to move around throughout the day. I stuck to my tried and true nudes, because I just know these are the shades I would be reaching for on a daily basis. Formula: Holy cow, these lipglosses are pigmented! The formula reminds me a lot of the NYX Intense Butter Glosses. It feels very moisturizing on the lips, and is not sticky, but not the most lightweight either. You definitely know you’re wearing lipgloss, but I’m sure that’s how it lasts so long on the lips. The gloss is unscented, as far as I can tell, and the pointed applicator dispenses just the right amount of product each time. Send Nudes is my perfect warm peachy nude, while Caught You Bare-Naked is a verrry pale, milky nude. I can’t wear it alone without looking like I have concealer lips, so I like layering it over a darker lipliner or to lighten a darker lipstick.Swatches: I know what you are thinking. How can anyone choose between the two? They are all so different. 😆Overall Rating: Based on my experience, I would rate the Wet n Wild Megalast Liquid Catsuit Matte Lipsticks as 10/10 stars! These are amazing quality, affordable, drugstore lipglosses. If you are looking for an ultra high shine, pigmented gloss, look no further.
